Ronald Ho is one of Singapore’s leading businessmen and is the Chairman and CEO of two of OCN’s founding companies. He has played an active role establishing business relations between the Singapore and Chinese Governments, and has used his engineering knowledge and business expertise to develop his own companies and has made a valuable contribution to other successful ventures in both in Singapore and overseas.
With more than 30 years’ experience in engineering project management, Dr. Michael Tan has been responsible for the basic, conceptual and detail engineering design for off-shore substructures, jackets and piles, modular and integrated topsides, and pipeline riser designs. His on-shore experience includes storage tanks, heavy equipment and tank foundations, jetties, and structural engineering analyses for both onshore and offshore structures.
Dato’ Wan Hassan has more than 30 years’ experience in instrumentation and control engineering with Petronas and has been responsible for several high value on shore and off shore gas field development projects both in Malaysia and overseas. He has also served as a Board Member and Vice-Chairman of POSC-Caesar Association (PCA), Norway from 2007 to 2011, actively promoted “Interoperability” and lead development and maintenance of ISO related Standards. Introduced concept of Integrated Operations (IO) to Malaysia Oil and Gas Industry, and was appointed as Patron to MOGSC IO Work Group and Measurement & Allocation Work Group until 2016.
Patrick Lim has more than 15 Years of engineering experience in the oil and gas Industries, serving both on- shore and off-shore sectors. He carries with him extensive design experience working with some of Malaysia’s largest oil and gas contractors on projects for refineries, petrochemical plants, hydraulic power generation, pharmaceutical works, and off shore structures.
Over 30 years of experience in the industry, Yong Tan Heang’s project portfolio includes the design and construction of telecommunication towers, bulk storage tank farms, fabrication and installation of boilers, pressure vessels plant and process equipment, biodiesel plant projects, biomass fuelled power plants and palm oil mills projects.
Lee Hoe Min has more than 17 years’ experience in managing procurement and contracts related matters on building works, semi-conductor wafer plants, oil and gas live plant revamps, bio diesel and bio mass power plant projects. He has been responsible for bid proposal preparations, managing prime and sub-contracts, pre-qualification exercises, receiving, evaluating and negotiating bids, change management, claims settlement and close contract close outs.
More than 30 years’ experience on major onshore oil and gas (LNG), petrochemical, and nuclear power plant projects where he has been responsible for managing cost, planning, risk, contracting, procurement, and quality.
Projects included Brunei LNG Facilities Upgrading and Rejuvenation Projects, ADNOC-GASCO LPG Tankage Project, Hazira Port and LNG Terminal, and Shell Eastern Petro-Chemical Complex Project (Houdini).
Robert Foltz is the Director of our Advance Technology Group for South East Asia Market.
He has more than 25 years of managing the design and construction of projects in the Semiconductor, Data Centers, Pharmaceutical and Automotive Industries. He has previously been part of the senior management teams for companies such as Intel, Motorola, Bechtel and Fluor both in the US and in the international arena.
Dato Che Wan’s time in Japan, first as a student at Sophia University in Tokyo, and subsequently working through to a management role with a Japanese trading house, have been successfully utilised in business development and management with several major international companies in Malaysia where he has an active executive role.
Hajaryati Hanim Bukhari, has been in the Oil & Gas industry in Malaysia since 2003. She started her career with UMW Oil & Gas as a pioneer team member supporting senior management with various roles and
responsibilities providing valuable experience in her career development. She was responsible for executing an EPCC contract for a CNG Virtual Pipeline in Sabah
Tan Pang Haur has 18 years of project management and construction execution experience in oil and gas, biomass, power plants, and steel mill construction where his experience has been fully utilised in planning and costing projects to ensure an efficient use of resources whilst meeting project completion dates.
Ong Kong Joo has 20 years of experience in cost estimating and benchmarking, procurement, project control and cost management in construction projects within the building, infrastructure, and semi-conductor industries both in Malaysia and overseas.
More than 20 years’ experience in managing heavy lift and logistics operations on major oil and gas and power generation projects which included several Petronas projects – SOGT, LNG 3, etc., and: Lanxess, Singapore; YTL Cement, North Port Quay Cranes, Malaysia; Gorgon Project (Saipem Leighton); Hijau Project, Shell Port Dickson, Malaysia; Manjung 4 Power Station (Alstom); Suqaiq Power Station, Saudi Arabia.
Jose Carbonell has 25 years’ experience managing Industrial, pharmaceutical, and infrastructure construction works, with extensive construction experience in civil and piping works. Projects included work for: Singapore LNG Terminal, Rolls Royce, REC, Wyeth, Genetec, Pfizer, Exxon Mobil, Tokoyuma, Eastman Chemical.
Over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, Alvin Wong is familiar with on-shore green and brown field live plant conditions and off-shore installation work. He has extensive construction management experience working with civils, structures, piping and equipment installation works.
Liam Choon Seng has 30 years of experience within the design, engineering, installation and commissioning of oil palm plant processes, structures, equipment, machinery layouts and process piping.
